"Render pass through HTML" DOESN'T render passthru HTML as HTML -- it converts passthru HTML to Notes CD records, and renders THEM. If you include inline styles in the passthru, they will be incorporated (at least to the degree that Notes CD supports them), but beyond that a stylesheet will have no influence on Notes CD once the conversion is done.
